How will you deliver my bike?
All bicycles are delivered from the factory to your home in a custom-made bike box. That’s to make sure nothing gets damaged along the way. You’ll receive regular updates on the progress of your delivery to keep you in the loop.
Can you set up my new bike for me?
Certainly. Buying with Planet X is like buying from a local bike shop, just that you can do it from your own home. You can request adjustments like wider handlebars or bigger gear ratios on any bike you order, and these will be factored in when your bike is built. Trained technicians put the bike together in their factory in Sheffield, to make sure everything’s as it should be.
